Refund Policy

Last updated Oct 16, 2026

Overview

This policy explains when you get credits or money back from Plimo. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, for example because the AI model provider returns an error or refuses the request, all the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.

Used credits

Used credits are not refunded. A generation that completes successfully uses its credits, even if you don't like the result, so please check your prompt and settings before you start.

Subscriptions and credit packs

You can get your money back for the first payment for a new subscription if both of these are true:

  • you ask within 3 days of the payment, and
  • you have used no more than 100 credits from that payment since then. Credits returned to you for failed generations don't count as used.

We may deduct a processing fee of up to 6% of the amount you paid. A refund under this policy is granted only once per person.

These payments are not refunded:

  • the extra amount you pay when you upgrade to a higher plan;
  • renewal payments;
  • credit packs. Credit packs are not refundable.

Cancelling or switching to a lower plan also doesn't give you money back for the current billing period. Your plan stays active until the period ends.

To ask for a refund, email support@plimo.ai from the email address on your account. Each request is reviewed by a person, and we will let you know the result by email.

For each payment, we apply the version of this policy in force at the time of purchase. Where the law where you live gives you rights that can't be excluded, those rights still apply.

Refunds, chargebacks and your credits

When a payment is refunded, or you dispute it with your bank (a chargeback), we take back the credits that payment gave you: both the ones you still have and the ones you have already used. Credits from that payment that expired unused are not taken back.

This can make your credit balance negative. While it is negative, you can't generate anything. When you make your next payment, the new credits first bring your balance back up from below zero.

If the payment was for a subscription (a first payment, a renewal, an upgrade or a switch to yearly billing), your membership ends immediately.
