Content Policy

Last updated Oct 18, 2026

Overview

This policy applies to everything you upload, write or create on Plimo. It is part of our Terms of Service. AI model providers also apply their own safety rules and may refuse requests that this policy would allow.

Sexual content

Mildly suggestive content is allowed, such as swimwear, lingerie or fashion poses. The following is not allowed:

  • nudity, including partial nudity of private areas;
  • sexual acts or sexually explicit content;
  • pornography or content made for sexual gratification.

Minors

This rule has no exceptions. If anyone in an image or video is or appears to be a minor, no sexual, suggestive or sexualized content of any kind is allowed, including suggestive poses, clothing or framing. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Real people

Do not use photos of a real person, without their consent, to create:

  • intimate, sexual or suggestive content;
  • content that impersonates them or could mislead others about what they said or did;
  • content for fraud, scams, harassment or bullying.

Violence, hate and self-harm

Do not create:

  • extreme violence or gore;
  • content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
  • content that promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.

Illegal activity

Do not create content that promotes, plans or helps with illegal activity, such as weapons, drugs, terrorism or human trafficking.

Do not upload or create content that infringes other people's copyright, trademarks or right to their own likeness, including copying protected characters, logos or artworks in ways the law doesn't allow.

Your uploads

Only upload photos and files you have the right to use. If other people appear in your photos, you need their permission, or their parent's or guardian's permission for children.

How we check content

Before anything is generated, Plimo checks it automatically against this policy:

  • each photo or video you upload is checked when you upload it (for a video, still frames taken from it);
  • your prompt is checked when you start a generation. A prompt that comes with a template is checked only if you change it.

Content that breaks this policy is rejected. A rejected upload is not stored, and a rejected request isn't sent to the AI model and uses no credits.

If the checking service is briefly unavailable, content may go through without a check. An upload accepted this way is checked again before it is used, and if it fails then, we delete it.

The checks are automated, partly run by our content check providers (see our Privacy Policy), and can make mistakes. Content that passes a check must still follow this policy.

What happens when content breaks these rules

  • If an AI model provider refuses to create something, the credits for that generation are returned to your account.
  • We may remove content that breaks this policy, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts involved, depending on how serious and how repeated the problem is.

Reporting content and copyright complaints

To report content on Plimo or make a copyright complaint, email support@plimo.ai with:

  • a link to the content, or enough detail for us to find it;
  • why you think it breaks this policy or your rights;
  • for copyright complaints: the work you own, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner and that your complaint is accurate.
